We want you to be happy with your menu. Here is how refunds work for each product.
Digital download (99 €)
Because the files are delivered immediately, the download is not refundable once the bundle has been downloaded. If a technical problem prevents you from downloading or the files are corrupted, contact us within 14 days and we will fix the issue or refund you in full.
AI credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packs are refunded pro rata for the unused credits.
Printed menus
You can cancel a print order for a full refund until it enters production (usually within 24 hours of payment). After that, the setup fee is non-refundable but unprinted copies are refunded. Damaged or defective deliveries are reprinted or refunded: send photos within 7 days of delivery.
How to ask
E-mail hello@menu-atelier.com with the address of your account and the order date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
