These terms apply to the Menu Atelier website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. The Service
Menu Atelier lets you design restaurant menus with the help of artificial intelligence, preview them in 3D, export print-ready files and order printed copies. Designing and editing are free; downloads, printing and credit packs are paid one-time purchases.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid e-mail address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits.
3. AI credits
Credits are consumed by AI generations (a design pass or a generated asset). They have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable once used. Free credits may be adjusted for accounts that abuse the Service.
4. Purchases
- Download (99 €): unlocks the files of one menu (PDF, PNG, GLB, JSON) and adds 50 credits. Re-downloads of that menu are free.
- Print & ship (99 € + 10 € per menu): includes the download and the printing and delivery of the chosen quantity to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times are estimates.
- Credit packs: add the stated number of credits to your balance.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the text, logos and photos you upload and to the menus you design. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and render them to provide the Service, including sending them to our AI provider. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload. We do not use your content to train AI models.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful, misleading or infringing content, do not attempt to circumvent quotas or payment, and do not resell access.
7. Availability and liability
The Service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI output can contain mistakes: check spelling, prices and allergen information before printing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the application or by e-mail. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
